Anasazi Elementary School - Empowering Young Learners: The IB PYP Approach
Thursday November 21, 2024 5:50pm - 6:15pm MST
Anasazi Elementary is on a mission to provide our students with the best education on the planet, and that starts with an International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years education.
We are one of only 8 IB elementary-level World Schools in Arizona. Our staff provides a world-class education that is recognized internationally for its superior standards, guiding principles, practices, and intellectual rigor. The International Baccalaureate program gives our students a competitive advantage in our increasingly global economy. It also builds on our school’s mission to be a child-focused community that fosters a rigorous and compassionate educational experience, honoring the diverse learner and empowering all students to be globally competitive and future-ready.
IB students take ownership of their learning and develop skills to work effectively with others, becoming thinkers, communicators, inquirers, and creative problem-solvers in the world around them. Our students are on a journey to become active, caring, lifelong learners, helping to create a better and more peaceful world.
