Ann Achtziger works for The Scottsdale Unified School District. She is currently the Mohave Middle School Assistant Principal. Ann has been an assistant principal at the elementary middle and high school level and has taught all three levels as well. She is the Co-chair of The Scottsdale Unified School District’s Code of Conduct Committee. She is an Arizona State graduate with an Organizational and Intercultural Communication Bachelor’s degree and a Masters of Education In Education and Administration. Ann started her career in the corporate arena as a business to business enterprise computer marketing manager. After volunteering at a valley middle school teaching an after school club focusing on self-esteem for middle school girls she decided to switch careers to become an educational leader and make a difference in the lives of our future leaders.
